Bubble Share <<CLICK 

This little HTML gadget will allow you to upload a series of images and create a flowing slideshow.  Would be helpful for demonstrations, examples, models, etc.  Anything that needs a step-by-step example. 

BubbleShare: Share photos - halloween photos

VoiceThread <<CLICK 

Also an HTML gadget, you can show not only photos, but voice narration along with them.  In this way, your example images (models, for example) can have audio explanations.  This tool also allows the viewer to zoom in and move around the photo as they listen to the voice.

PollDaddy <<CLICK 

Put a web poll into your wiki and see what people are thinking.  Make the poll pertain to the lesson, not "What's tv show are you watching right now?"

Sketchcast <<CLICK 

This website allows you to create "whiteboard" animations, so you can record a drawing (of anything) and then publish it using the HTML code.  You can create it with or without audio (sound).  I created an example below.

Slideshare<<CLICK 

Share PowerPoints and other presentations over the Internet.  It converts them to code that you can paste as HTML, which will actually show the PowerPoint right on your page.

ScreenCast<<CLICK 

Screencast-O-Matic is the free and easy way to create a video recording of your screen (aka screencast) and upload it for free hosting!

Meebo Me has a very pleasing interface and comes in three standard sizes so you can either fit it easily in the blog sidebar, main post or even in a popup. You will have to login into your meebo account so when someone visits your site, they will be able to instantly communicate with you through the meebome widget. [Thanks, Shahrzaad Parekh]

Stickam lets you do a live video chat with site visitors. The service is miles ahead of competition in terms of features and customization options. You can add your own skins, profile picture or even change the background color. Other than text chat, Stickam lets you share videos, photos, music within the player. Robin Good has a more detailed review of Stickam when it was in the beta phase.
